How do I know if I'm going to be charged tax and shipping?
Tax is determined based on your billing address:
Manitoba: PST (Provincial Sales Tax)
Canada: GST (Goods and Services Tax)
Outside Canada: No Tax Charged.
Shipping charges are determined by your shipping address. All shipping charges within Canada/US are displayed at the time of placing the order. If the order is being shipped outside of Canada/US, a Customer Service Representative will contact you to discuss shipping.
Do not worry, you don't have to commit this to memory. All charges are clearly displayed at the time of placing the order.

What are your delivery times?
Most orders ship within 48 hours. However, from time to time we may experience high demand and lead time can be extended. What is your Warranty?
All Sunwest products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, and Sunwest will replace any product shown to be defective at the time it was sold. Installation instructions will be provided and must be followed in order for warranty to apply.
Non-compliance with legal requirements and technical standards for labels will not be considered to be a defect under this warranty. Sunwest makes no representation or warranty that its decals comply with the law or standards.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITY ON THE PART OF SUNWEST, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SUNWEST BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, EXPENSE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SUNWEST'S PRODUCTS.
